XPC was established in 2009, with the principal Nicholas Don having commenced in financial services at Citibank in 1990, and since 2003 owning and operating an award winning finance broking and property investment business. Nicholas is an avid property investor himself and has assisted 100’s of first time investors and experienced investors.
The principal, Nicholas saw an opportunity early in 2008 in the market place to provide a real estate solution to other colleagues in the finance broking industry and other aligned professions under Odyssey Financial.So as not to cause confusion Nicholas has stepped away from Odyssey on a full time basis and established Xclusive Property Concepts.
